When you arrive at your appointed time, please telephone us or ring the bell.
The surgery door is locked, someone will come to the door and let you in as soon as they are ready for your appointment, you will be asked to sanitise your hands and we will take your temperature using an infrared thermometer.
Please attend your appointment unaccompanied.
Young children can be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please don't bring any unnecessary belongings.
You will not be able to enter the practice early, sit in the waiting room or use any patient facilities including the WC I'm afraid.
We cannot take cash payments. Card payments only.
Please call the surgery if you wish to pay in advance.
Please wear a mask to the practice. We ask that you wear it in the practice at all times except during treatment.
Please clean your teeth throughly before attending for your appointment and avoid all food and drinks until after your appointment.
